About 904 EV Charge

Independent infrastructure operator. Jacksonville-based. Eight years operating revenue-generating equipment at multifamily properties.

Who We Are

904 EV Charge designs, funds, installs, and operates Level 2 EV charging infrastructure at apartment properties across Jacksonville and Duval County.

As an independent, Jacksonville-based operator, we maintain direct ownership and operational control of our infrastructure. This local presence enables responsive service and long-term commitment to performance.

Our business model is straightforward: we own and operate the charging equipment—property owners provide parking space. This structure allows us to maintain operational standards and build infrastructure designed for long-term reliability.

Operational Experience

We have operated revenue-generating infrastructure at Jacksonville apartment properties for eight years. Our experience managing equipment without creating operational burden directly informs how we approach EV charging infrastructure.

  • 8 years operating revenue-generating equipment at Jacksonville multifamily properties
  • Long-standing property relationships built on performance and operational clarity
  • Experience coordinating with property management workflows
  • Proven track record maintaining equipment with minimal property involvement
  • Long-term service mindset—not transactional vendor relationships

Licensed Installation Partner

All electrical work performed by our partner, Shoreline Electric, a Florida-licensed master electrician with multifamily property experience. Permitting, inspections, and utility coordination handled professionally and in full compliance with local codes.

We carry comprehensive general liability insurance and provide certificates of insurance upon request. Installation quality and regulatory compliance are non-negotiable.

Long-Term Infrastructure Philosophy

EV charging is property infrastructure, not a service add-on. We approach installation and operation with the same mindset as building owners approach HVAC systems, elevators, or parking lot lighting—permanent assets that require professional management and long-term maintenance planning.

Our agreements are structured as long-term commitments aligned with infrastructure lifecycle requirements. We invest in equipment quality, operational reliability, and ongoing support because we own the asset and our reputation depends on it functioning correctly year after year. Property owners benefit from modern amenities without capital expenditure. Our incentives are aligned with long-term reliability and performance. This alignment of incentives produces better outcomes than transactional vendor relationships.
